HIP HIP Horay for the NAJ!

The National Association of Jewellers proudly revealed its new Customer Charter at IJL 2016. The newly formed National Committee made up of member representatives, covering the broad spectrum of our trade, compiled the charter after a consultation process that started exactly a year ago.

The Customer Charter is to be displayed by all National Association of Jewellers members and will play a key role across the industry supply chain indicating to all that they have signed up to standards of Honesty, Integrity and Professionalism i.e. HIP

Each unique Membership Certificate will feature the Customer Charter to reinforce and highlight the importance of this annual commitment to be HIP! Honesty, integrity and professionalism are the cornerstone principals of this charter.

By displaying the Customer Charter in their business premises and on their websites, Members of the National Association of Jewellers demonstrate that they are signatories of the Association’s Code of Conduct and acknowledge their commitment to abiding by and upholding the full Code.

By displaying our Coat of Arms the “Mark of Quality”, the member shows their commitment to uphold these high values and can build consumer trust as build customer loyalty.

 

Are you HIP?

Members who attended IJL 2016 were offered HIP badges to wear and were encouraged share pictures of themselves using the hashtag #HIPjeweller on twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
