25 May 2017

British Allied Trades Federation's AGM 2017

(including a live demonstration of how easy hacking can be)

I am delighted to announce our key note speaker will be Simon Gee from Acutec who will be speaking about Cyber Security and how to stay safe online, a subject high on everyone’s agenda at the moment.  Simon will also be giving a demonstration of a LIVE hack and will answer your questions on how not to be hacked.

There is just still time to book your free place as a member of the BATF to the AGM on Thursday 15th June 2017 at 11:30am (coffee and registration from 10:45am), which will be held at Federation House, 10 Vyse Street, Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham, B18 6LT.

As President of the Federation, I will be giving an update of the Federation's activities over the past year and our plans for the coming year. There will also be presentations from the Chairmen of Federated Trade Associations summarising their achievements during the previous year and intentions for the future.

Followed by the opportunity to network over a buffet lunch with Federation members, Trade Association Chief Executives, National Committee members and other guests.

I would be delighted if you were able to attend the event, please RSVP by emailing Natalie at Natalie.edmead@batf.uk.com or call us on 0121 237 1155.

I look forward to seeing you there.
